Irenespots Irish potter based in Dubai offering classes, commissions & ceramics All of my work consists of one-off pieces made by hand, either wheel thrown or hand-built.

Unless indicated, I do not use moulds. Even pieces that look similar will reveal subtle differences on inspection. I am inspired by the idea of having beautiful functional pieces around my own home and using something unique every day, even if just for a cup of coffee. All of my pieces are suitable for food use, where appropriate, and the glazes are food safe. All of these stoneware and porcelain pieces are fully vitrified, so even where there is no glaze the piece is waterproof. All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe and oven proof (recommended up to 200 degrees). Outdoor pieces are suitable for use in all weather conditions but should not be subjected to frost. Custom/Personalized pieces are available on request. Classes as per my current schedule. Thanks for your support.
