We warmly congratulate Irene Ulaeto on her graduation from the University of Greenwich (UK) with First Class Honours in Media and Communications.

As one of the most prominent creatives in the global BCS community and with extensive experience in the entertainment and media industry, selecting her as a judge for our inaugural BCS Short-Film Online Challenge was an easy decision that paid huge dividends.

Irene is a remarkable talent, and we wish her even greater achievements and accolades in the future.

As we reflect on what has been a massive success for a project that started with a simple but yet powerful idea of exploring the Film and Entertainment talents in Brotherhood of the Cross and Star (BCS), one of our major achievements was putting up an independent panel of judges team comprised of young, vibrant and intelligent BCS youths from around the world.
The decision was necessitated by the ideals of doing what is right for those that will be spending time to create films and contents to be part of the competition, after hours and days of reachouts and recommendations, a solid team of 6 Judges with one representation from BCS Starcross TV International and one other representing the BAYA Council were selected to precide over the BCS SHORT-FILM ONLINE CHALLENGE 2024.
