Enana is the ancient Syrian goddess of love, fertility, culture, art, literature and the moon. The Enana Dance team, founded in 1990, was named after this goddess and what she stood for. The team practiced intensely for more than 10 years until it was able to present its first theatrical dance performance, “Cham Obsessions 880,” which itself was more than 2 years in preparation. This show is consi
dered the first Syrian initiative in the field of theatrical dance. Since its maiden performance, Enana has performed this show and many, many others they have developed in many Arab countries and around the world for various artistic and cultural festivals where the team was awarded many certificates and prizes.
من "إنانا" آلهة الحب والخصب والثقافة والفن والأدب والقمر عند السوريين القدماء، جاءت تسمية فرقة إنـانـا للمسرح الراقص التي تأسست في سورية عام 1990، حيث استمرت في تدريباتها لأكثر من عشر سنوات، حتى استطاعت تقديم أول عملٍ مسرحيٍ راقص لها "هواجس الشام 880"، الذي استغرقت تحضيراته أكثر من عامين، يعتبر هذا العمل البادرة الأولى في مجال المسرح الراقص في سورية، حيث قدمته "إنانا" في عدة بلدان عربية ضمن مهرجانات فنية وثقافية مختلفة، وحازت الفرقة من خلاله على العديد من شهادات التقدير والجوائز، استطاعت (إنانا) بجهد متواصل أن تحوز على إعجاب النقاد والجمهور على حد سواء، كما استطاعت أن تضع اسمها بين أوائل فرق المسرح الراقص في العالم العربي.
