“Art is a lie that makes us realize the truth.”

The paradox of freedom and confinement through the juxtaposition of flight and stillness. Showcasing the tension between freedom and confinement. Two manta rays glide around a wooden barrel, symbolizing boundless freedom, while a bird skull cradles a small bird inside, hidden and unable to fly. The piece reflects the quiet struggle of potential unfulfilled, where the yearning for flight is silenced by unseen limitations… A moment where all wings that should fly are silent.
