How to learn faster and achieve goals?
We learn new things throughout life, but a handful of us can learn how to... learn! Today we are going to explain to you how to learn way faster to achieve goals. Here's a brief plan to help you learn effectively and find out how much time you need to spend on solving problems and where to start, if you feel that you have been stuck in one place for a long time and do not know what to do next:
- Start thinking differently...
if you are sure of failure. In this case you will never try to do or learn something new. Say "I can’t do it right now, but I'll be able to after some time." This way you can get started and learn.
- Start with what you know...
which will give you a foundation and help you understand new concepts. As soon as you realize that you already know the base confidently, start expanding your knowledge.
- Read…
just five minutes every day can affect your learning ability. It is important to maintain a balance of "output" and "input"of your knowledge. Too much reading without practice can lead to information overload, and too much practice without reading can lead to stagnation.
- Give up perfectionism...
which keeps you from learning. If you constantly strive for perfection, you will never achieve anything. Instead, focus on making progress, because mistakes are part of the learning process and that's okay!
- Get feedback...
but don't let it stop you. It's important to keep moving forward, even if you haven't figured it all out yet. This may seem like overkill, but it will help you speed up your learning.
Identify what you need to learn to reach your goal, track your progress and be honest about successes and failures. Start with the basics and move on. Don't demand immediate perfect results and be patient while steadily moving to your desired end point.
