Today, my little Fiona taught me a lesson every young should never forget.
She came to her mum asking for her phone. As usual, the answer was an immediate .
But she didn't give up.
She explained her situation: , my sister has her iPad. My battery is low. What am I supposed to use? I'm .
Still, the answer remained .
She quietly walked away, sat in a corner with a long face, and said nothing.
A few minutes later, Mum noticed the silence and asked, , what's wrong?

Mum jokingly said, go and hit your on the .

Find that .
People don't always buy because your product is the best.
Many times, they because they feel heard, understood, and .
Business isn't only about making sales.
It's about relationships.
It's about people.
And today...
My little girl named reminded me of that.
Every conversation is an . Every is an invitation to understand better.
