This is called uno reverse 😄.

Sometimes, constant rejections can be overwhelming.

They can mentally drain candidates as it makes them to start questioning their skills and qualifications.

There's a reason why these emails are mostly automated with a "do not reply".

If not, some candidates might lash out all their frustration onto some recruiters.

No matter what, don't take rejections as failure.
