To every child — and to the child still living inside every one of us — we hope today is filled with joy, wonder, and sweet little moments.

There’s a reason we love what we do. Bread is one of the first foods most of us remember: a torn crust handed to us by a grandmother, a warm slice with butter after school, the smell of an oven that meant home. Those are the moments we try to bake back into every loaf.
